The Sphere Email Designer option allows you to manage email templates and rules via Sphere Email Designer. It allows you to create and edit email templates, create and edit email rules, and view email logs.
To launch the Sphere Email Designer:
1. Navigate to Account management > System Manager Maintenance > EDI Document Tracking > Launch Sphere Email Designer.
The Email Template Designer page will display.
