The Open Order Inquiries option allows you to view all receiving history inquiries based on:

  • by Order No.

  • by Order Date

  • by Ship-To-Name

  • by Product Code

  • by Primary Ref#

  • by Secondary Ref#

In each of these options, you can further drill down to view order details and manage documents of the orders. In this article, viewing open order inquiries based on the order date is explained in detail. You can follow the same procedure to view open order inquiries based on other options as well.

To view open order inquiries:

1. Navigate to Inquiries and Reports > Inquiries > Standard Inquiries > Open Order Inquiries > by Order Date.

The Open Orders by Order Date page will display.

2. To view the details of the open order, click the Order Date and click OK.

The Options dialog will display.

Viewing Order Display

3. To view the details of the open order, click Order Display.

The lines for the selected order date will display.

You can further drill down to view the line item details and allocation details of the line item.

4. Click the line item and click OK.

The Options dialog will display.

5. To view the line detail, click Display Line Detail.

The Line Detail dialog will display.

6. To view the allocation details, click Display Alloc Detail.

The Alloc Details for Order # dialog will display.

Managing Documents

You can upload, view, and delete documents related to the shipment date.

7. To attach a document, click Manage Documents.

The Documents for Order # dialog will display.

8. Click Attach Document and then select the file you want to attach from your system and upload it. The file will be attached.

9. To view/delete the document, click the document and click OK.

The Options dialog will display.

10. Click View the Document.

The document will display in a new window.

11. To delete the document, click Delete the Document. The document will be deleted.
