The Standard Inquiries section allows you to view open ARN inquires, open order inquiries, receiving history inquiries, and shipment history inquiries. To access standard inquiries:
1. Navigate to Inquiries and Reports > Inquiries > Standard Inquiries.
The Standard Inquiries dropdown list will display.
