After an order has been allocated and picked, the user has the option to update the Shipment's header information by Order#.

To update the shipment's header information:

1.Access the Order/Shipment Processing Menu.

2. Select "+ Entry".

3. Enter an Order#, or click the Arrow Button to search for an Order.

4. After a valid Order is selected, the system displays the Order's current header settings. This data may be modified to reflect the Shipment's header information.

5. At the "Ship Date" prompt, type the Shipment's Date or leave it blank to have the system update the date later with the Shipment's Post Date.

6. The other fields in the "Shipment Info Entry" screen are the same as the second Order header screen. For instructions on how to enter these fields, seeĀ Order Entry.

Accessing the "Shipment Info Entry" screen is optional. It is not a prerequisite for the Shipment Post to be allowed.
