The File Maintenance Menu is where the SphereWMS's Master Files are maintained, viewed, and printed. At the time a system is set up, each of the Master Files is populated either manually through data entry, or automatically by data import. Some system processes, like Data Upload Processing of Orders and ARN's (see Data Upload Processing), update the Master Files automatically.
The functions available on the File Maintenance Menu allow the Master Files to be maintained by its users as needed over time.
