To view and update a Shipment's delivery information, access the "Delivery Info Entry" option on the "Order/Shipment Processing" menu.
The screen displays and permits entry of the Shipment's BOL/Pro#, Proof of Delivery (POD) Date and Time, and the Signing Party of the delivery.
The BOL/Pro# (Carrier Tracking#) is visible through the SphereWMS Web Interface. If the Carrier is a standard Carrier in the system, a web user may click on the Tracking# to link to the Carrier's Delivery Information website. For more information on compatible Carriers, see SCAC Codes.
