To view a Receiver's delivery information summary, access the "Delivery Info Display" option on the "ARN/Receipt Processing" menu. The screen displays the originating ARN's ETA/ETD/ATA dates, as well as the Receiver's Proof of Delivery (POD) date. This date is derived from the Receiver's Post Date.
The BOL/Pro# (Carrier Tracking#) is visible through the SphereWMS Web Interface. If the Carrier is a standard Carrier in the system, a web user may click on the Tracking# to link to the Carrier's Delivery Information website. For more information on compatible Carriers, see SCAC Codes.
