SphereWMS allows you to categorize products into groups and associate a unique code with each of the product groups.
The Product Group Codes section allows you to add, edit, and delete product group codes. To manage product group codes:
1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Global Tables > Product Group Codes.
The Product Group Codes page will display.
2. To add a new product group code, enter the Product Group Code and Description in the respective fields.
3. Enter Y in the Action field and press Enter.
The product group code will be added.
4. To edit an existing product group code, double-click the product group code which you want to edit in the table below and press Enter.
Details of the selected product group code will display.
5. Edit the values of the required fields, enter Y in the Action field, and press Enter.
The product group code will be updated.
6. To delete a product group code, double-click the product group code which you want to delete in the table below and press Enter.
Details of the selected product group code will display.
7. Enter Del in the Action field, and press Enter.
The product group code will be deleted.
