The Country Codes section allows you to add, edit, and delete IATA country codes. To manage country codes:
1. Navigate to Account Management > Table Maintenance > Global Tables > Country Codes.
The Country Code page will display.
2. To add a new country code, enter the Country Code, Country Name, Foreign Curr, Duty % (percentage of duty), Mdse. Fee % (merchandise processing fee percentage), Cntry Name Opt (country name option), Curr. Cnv. US$ (currency conversion to US dollars), EU Cntry Flag (europian Union country flag), Msg Print Opt (optional message to be printed), and Curr. Code Abr (abbreviation of the currency code).
The country code will be added.
3. To edit an existing country code, enter the Country Code and press Enter.
Details of the selected country code will display.
4. Edit the values of the required fields, enter Y in the Action field, and press Enter.
The country code will be updated.
5. To delete a country code, enter the Country Code and press Enter.
Details of the selected country code will display.
6. Enter Del in the Action field and press Enter.
The country code will be deleted.
